I, Chadwick B. Hammonds, Attorney at Law, am a native of Berea, Kentucky, where my practice is located. I began my solo law practice in May, 2009, after serving as a staff attorney since 2005 for a public interest organization located here in Kentucky, providing quality legal representation to those who were unable to afford a private attorney.

The attorney you choose to represent you does matter. I do not use gimmick “starting at” pricing to entice you to retain me as your attorney. What I do offer is quality legal representation at a reasonable price. I’m an attorney that is hands-on. I don’t depend on paralegals or secretaries to do work on your case that should be done by the attorney. From the initial consultation to case completion, I will be the one handling your case.

Although debtor representation in chapter 7 & 13 bankruptcy is a primary area of emphasis for my practice, a large amount of my practice is also dedicated to civil litigation, family law, wills and estates, business formation, corporate law, criminal law and appeals. For further details about my practice, please click on the “Areas of Practice” link above.

I obtained a Bachelors of Arts degree in political science from Eastern Kentucky University in 1999 and obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from Ohio Northern University, Pettit College of Law, in 2004. I have been licensed to practice law in Kentucky since 2005 and licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, since 2005 as well.

I am a member of the Madison County Bar Association and the Berea Chamber of Commerce. I am married and have a three-year old daughter and I am committed to family and to serving my community. If you would like to call or e-mail me and set up a free-consultation to discuss any legal issues you may be facing, please feel free to click on the “Contact Us” link for more information.
